Rent is ALWAYS paid on time; we are a business operating on capital instead of individual income.
Our residents agree to follow a QUIET program; no "disturbing the peace" calls, loud parties or disturbances.
We provide on-site management and maintenance personnel to handle all maintenance.*
*Except major issues as described in Landlord Tenant Law
Our residents are not bound under Landlord Tenant Law; we can evict residents who are in breach of their Program Agreement at any time.
Our intent is to sign lease lengths of 3 years or more.
Our neighbors LOVE US! References available if desired.
Program Agreement Highlights

Under no circumstance are non-prescribed drugs, alcohol or THC to be on the premises, possessed or consumed.

Overnight visitors are NOT permitted.

Residents commit to maintain orderly and sanitary living conditions and share common area cleaning responsibilities.

Residents agree to follow a curfew.

Clean and sober housing is contingent upon residents' active participation and compliance to all program stipulations. Violations may result in immediate eviction; Landlord/Tenant rights do not apply.
