Susie Manns-Bates
Co-Chairman of the Board, Office Administration, & Pastor's Wife
Background: Professional entrepreneur since 1988, published author, and corporate credit manager for 25 years serving clients like Legacy Emmanuel Hospital, Pepsi, Pacific Rim Import Corp, Food Services of America, and McKinley Irvin, opened her own business (collection agency and back office services for attorneys) in 2015. Since 1995, Susie has volunteered with the homeless, prison re-entry, veteran and addicted populations.
Toney Bates
RETIRED Co-Chairman of the Board & Spiritual Director
Background: Over 17 years of pastoral service, earned a degree in business from the University of Iowa, former NFL football player. Toney has been volunteering with people struggling with homelessness and addiction, and serving veterans and men re-entering society after incarceration since 2008.
Don & Cathy Davis
Vice President of the Board
Backgrounds: Don is a former Lieutenant in the King County Police department for 30 years, and currently a pastor at Firestorm Ministries.
Cathy was a Director of HR Data Infrastructure & Governance, and is currently a pastor of Firestorm Ministries.
Cari Franklin

Background: Managing Broker at Keller Williams Real Estate Puget Sound. Cari has served on other non-profit boards for many years.
